In September 1998, we undertook a challenge to create and establish the CENTRE D’ESTUDIS DE LLENGUES, in LLORET de MAR, a centre specializing in languages with a very clear target – that languages become a practical tool for communicating and that we should be in contact with pupils at a personal level.
As a more specific target our aim is to encourage the pupil to dominate and understand the language both at oral and written level and to sit an official examination which is recognised and accredits their knowledge in each of the languages studied.
Lloret de Mar is one of the most important tourist resorts in our country where the diversity of languages is a wealth we have to make use of and one of our targets is to dominate these to be able to give a good service to our visitors.
