COMMITMENT TO QUALITY


The objective of the Management is that the quality of its services offered, is a true reflection of each student’s expectations, thus ensuring success from medium to long term at the centre. Therefore it establishes, declares and assumes the following principles.

1. To work well and improve continually

2. To use methods adapted to the students learning and a personal dealing with each student.

3. To comply with the regulations applicable to our sector.

4. The final beneficial outcome of the course is the result of planned and systematic actions for PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION and CONTINUAL PROGRESS during the whole course.




 


5. In all areas of the Centre, QUALITY is the task in common. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work.

6. Quality management is responsible for carrying out the methods and quality targets, proving its application by means of tests and validations..
